One Health

Objectives

The One Health program aims to equip students with a multidisciplinary understanding to analyze and address various health challenges involving the interactions between humans, animals, and the environment. This program prepares graduates to apply a holistic approach in disease surveillance, zoonotic disease control, antimicrobial resistance mitigation, and environmental health risk management.

Additionally, this program serves as a strategic partner for governments, research institutions, international organizations, and the private sector in formulating evidence-based policies to enhance global health resilience and societal well-being.

Duration of Study

The One Health program has an effective duration of 24–28 months (4 semesters). Classes are conducted on-campus daily, with an on-campus period of 5 months per semester. By the end of the second semester, students are expected to have developed a research proposal as part of their academic progress.
